Hi John, I would suggest that you first check windows update to see if all ypur drivers fo your system are updated to the latest versions available.If none are being offered for your system, navigate to your graphics card manufacturer's website to check and see if your are running the latest version. If there are newer versions of the drivers installed being offered, download and install them and that should solve your issue unless if your graphics card is simply not capable of running your desired application.
